BBC and ITV channels are Free-To-Air now

BBC1-4, CBBC, CBeebies, BBC News 24 and BBC Parliament have all been available [Free-to-Air] as of mid-2004. By mid-2005 they were joined by ITV1-3 (not sure what the story is with ITV4/5). FilmFour joined the group of FTA channels some time mid-2006.
